A concert showcasing the talented young musicians who participated in
an earlier competition for a scholarship to the prestigious Brevard
Music Camp. The winner of the scholarship will be announced at the end
of the event.

Presented in conjunction with the SC Arts Commission, this special touring
exhibit features works by African-American artists who are among the
state's best-known and widely celebrated practitioners.

The Urban Funk Spectacular
BREAK!
traces the history of hip hop dancing over the last thirty years. It
is a high energy tribute to this creatively-charged American art form.
A combination of pure physical strength and agility probels this group
of New York's finest urban artists through a show of breathtaking movements
to a pumping soundtrack with a live DJ and Master Percussionists.
In
addition to the amazing performance, members of the community will have
the opportunity to compete in a dance contest for a chance to be in
the show!

A night of community unity, this is a special evening with local gospel
choirs sharing their glorious voices in song.

more than 20 years, the Fine Arts Center's Multicultural Committee has
hosted this annual event to celebrate diversity and showcase the myriad
talents of local residents and county youth. A reception with refreshments
will follow the performance in the Douglas-Reed House.
