Join us "under the stars" and listen to the fabulous sounds of the legendary beach band, The Catalinas. A part of the 3rd Annual Rogers Rules Memorial Golf Tournament, this family friendly event will benefit the work of the Roger Jennings Davis Memorial Fund, Inc.
This is a not to be missed outdoor event behind the Wood Auditorium at the FAC with one of South Carolina's most popular beach bands, The Catalinas. The event is open to the public and is an all ages event.
Gates open at 6:00 p.m. with the concert starting at 7:30 p.m.
No outside alcohol will be permitted. Cash bar on site.
Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome.
Tickets are $10 per person.
Advance tickets will be available at Davis and Sons Guitar Shop located at 953 Broad St. in Camden beginning Aug. 3.
The goal of The Roger Jennings Davis Memorial Fund Inc. is to take the circumstances, and sadly mistakes, that led to the heartbreaking tragedy of Roger's fatal single car accident and use them to help positively spread the message -- in Kershaw County and beyond -- of the dangers associated with speeding, drinking and driving, and not wearing your seatbelt.
Currently, The Rogers Jennings Memorial Fund Inc. awards two annual college scholarships to deserving Camden High School Seniors, as well as an educational campaign promoting "The Roger Rules," which simply stated are:
"Always Wear Your Seatbelt, Don't Speed
and Never, Ever Drink and Drive."
